Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected.

Banks and payment providers may take 5 to 10 business days to display the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
